Q12: What can we do if goods were damaged during shipping?
A12: Firstly, We will pack goods and fix them well in our factory;
Secondly, If goods were damaged during sea shipping, we will deliver parts to you try our best. So you can replace damaged parts
and run machines ASAP;
Thirdly, our company or you can complain to insurance company, depends on which payment term it is.
Q13: How do you make sure the final product made by your machines is what customer needs?
A13: Firstly, our sales will talk about the product with customer who wants to make it throughly; Then we will draft a technical
confirmation letter before production;
Secondly, after finishing production, our engineer will test the machine with oil or raw materials; Then our sales will arrange a
video conference with customer. So customer can check his machine from video.
Thirdly, if customer wants to check and inspect his machine by himself, we welcome him to our factory to do FAT(factory acceptance
test).
Q14: Can you provide invitation for customers and arrange pick-up at the airport, if they want to visit your factory?
A14: Yes. We can provide invitation and arrange our driver or sales to pick up customers at Shanghai airport or train station.
